Lisa Douglas
President & CEO
Lisa Douglas, President & CEO of Inklusion PR, is a seasoned marketing
professional with over 16 years of experience in public relations, special events,
media relations and multicultural PR. Lisa has worked for some of the top PR
agencies throughout her career and has acquired contacts and skills in various
industries including:  business, consumer, multicultural marketing, sports,
entertainment and non-profits.  

Prior to starting Inklusion PR, she was Public Relations Manager at UniverSoul
Circus.  While there she was responsible for generating approximately 1 billion
impressions in over 1,000 media outlets in 50 cities for the two touring units of the
circus.  She also planned school & hospital visits, celebrity guest ringmasters, and
other promotional events.

Before moving to UniverSoul, Lisa worked at Alan Taylor Communications (now
Taylor) and was an integral team member on the “Curious George”, “Home for the
Holidays” and “2000 Canadian Grand Prix” campaigns for MasterCard International,
as well as on special projects for Smirnoff, and Danskin.

Lisa joined Taylor from Noelle Elaine Media Consultants (NEMC) where she
spearheaded the establishment of the company’s public relations department and
successfully managed over 10 accounts among them Showtime Television, Charles
Schwab, BET Movies, Encore Media Group, Better Tomorrows Foundation, a non-
profit for paraplegics and Black Enterprise magazine.

Prior to joining NEMC, Lisa was on staff at The Rowland Company.  While at
Rowland, she worked as part of the team handling the Canon account. Lisa helped
launch several new products including several new versions of the Canon ELPH, a
line of APS cameras.  In addition, she was responsible for planning the Canon
Lecture Series, which featured a group of lectures by prominent photographers
held at prestigious photography schools across the country.

As a freelance Public Relations consultant, Lisa has handled projects for several of
the top PR firms in NYC including Publicis Dialog, Lippe-Taylor, The Britto Agency
and Cairns & Associates. Lisa received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in
Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology in 1990.

Lisa currently resides in Atlanta, GA but is a New Yorker at heart.
